Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is hiring talented Sugaristas to perform full-body sugaring including Brazilian and Bikini in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You’ll educate clients, greet and check them in/out, and maintain clean treatment rooms while delivering a superior client experience.

Active esthetician or cosmetology license required (waxing license acceptable in NY). Sugaring experience is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You'll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

The pay range for this role is:

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (DMV - DC - Georgetown)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (DMV - DC - Logan Circle)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (MD - DMV - Bethesda)
