Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Lash Stylist with experience and a passion for working with clients. You should be able to work independently, prioritize safety in eyelash extension application, and be highly motivated, friendly, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend aftercare products
• Promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Required Skills

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• At least 1 year of experience as a Lash Stylist
• Experience with hand-made volume fans is preferred
• Customer service-oriented; loves working with clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated learner and educator of clients
• Availability to work some weekends and evenings
