We focus on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while prioritizing the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We seek a stylist with lash experience who enjoys working with people. You should be able to work independently, understand the importance of safe eyelash extension application, and be highly motivated, friendly, and responsible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend aftercare products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality, professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• At least 1 year of experience as a Lash Stylist
• Preferred experience with hand-made volume fans
• Customer service focused; loves engaging with clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated learner; comfortable educating clients on products and services
• Availability to work some weekends and evenings
