Job summary

Hand & Stone Murfreesboro is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We offer a welcoming environment focused on skincare that makes a positive impact on clients' confidence, with innovative services and personalized long-term plans.

As an Esthetician, you will perform top‑level facials, design progressive treatment plans, maintain licensure and liability coverage, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license as required
• Perform facial treatments and skincare services to clients
• Create and adjust skincare plans with clients
• Provide education on homecare regimens and product usage
• Ensure client satisfaction and professional demeanor during visits
• Collaborate with spa staff to meet sales and service goals
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and webinars
