Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Murfreesboro, TN is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We offer a client-focused skincare experience with personalized long-term treatment plans and education on at-home regimens.

As an Esthetician, you will deliver top-level services, build relationships, and help clients feel confident in their skin. Maintaining an active Esthetics license, carrying liability insurance, and complying with state regulations

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
