Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mount Pleasant, SC is looking for a licensed esthetician to deliver high-quality facial treatments and tailor progressive skincare plans for members and guests.

You'll provide excellent service, help grow our client base through memberships, and participate in hands-on training and product education, with a focus on building lasting skincare relationships.

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions available.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the applicable state.
• Provide top-level skincare services and build client relationships.
• Ability to design progressive treatment plans based on goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing facial treatments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
