Diamond Accelerator in St. Joseph, MI seeks a Licensed Esthetician & Patient Care Specialist for a physician-led aesthetics and wellness practice. This part-time role offers 20–30 hours weekly, Monday–Thursday, Fridays off, with a fast track to full-time.

You will perform facials and licensed services, educate patients on treatments and skincare, and design personalized plans. You’ll rebook, follow up by phone/text/email, and help lead events and promotions while tracking leads and production to

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Esthetician License (required).
• Consultative, confident sales style including pricing discussions and commitment setting.
• Experience selling skincare, packages, memberships, or treatment plans (strongly preferred).
• Background in a medical spa, dermatology, luxury spa, or high-end retail setting (preferred).
• Laser/IPL familiarity is a plus (services follow clinic protocols).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus.

$20–$25/hour DOE + Commission + Gratuities

About the Practice

A board-certified, physician-led aesthetics and wellness clinic in St.Joseph, built on one idea: personalized care, real results. We treat the whole person. Our patients come to us for advanced aesthetics like Morpheus8, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, red light therapy, hair restoration, and facials, and they stay for our hormone, IV, and medical weight loss programs. That means you’ll work with a loyal, established patient base that already trusts us and keeps coming back.

Your Role

You’ll be both the skin expert and the relationship builder. Patients rely on you to understand their goals, explain their options clearly, and design a plan they’re excited to follow through on.

• Deliver standout esthetic care. Perform facials and other services within your license and clinic protocols, and make every visit feel elevated.
• Be the trusted advisor. Educate patients on treatments, medical‑grade skincare, packages, and our Membership Club, and recommend personalized plans that get real results.
• Turn consultations into commitments. Guide patients from “I’m thinking about it” to booked treatments, series, and memberships.
• Keep patients on track. Rebook before they leave, follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email, and bring past patients back.
• Grow with the business. Help lead events, promotions, and referral efforts, and track your leads, conversions, rebooking, and production so you can see your impact and your earnings grow.

What You Bring

• Active Michigan Esthetician License (required)
• A consultative, confident sales style: you’re comfortable talking pricing, recommending the right plan, and asking for the commitment
• Experience selling skincare, packages, memberships, or treatment plans (strongly preferred)
• Background in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury spa, or high‑end retail setting (preferred)
• Laser/IPL familiarity is a plus (all services follow clinic protocols and applicable requirements)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
• A polished, dependable professional who is competitive, coachable, and energized by goals
• Monday–Thursday availability to start; openness to occasional rotating weekends is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$25/hour base, depending on experience
• Commission on the services you perform, retail, packages, and memberships
• Gratuities
• 20–30 hours/week to start, Monday–Thursday, with Fridays off
