Job summary

Diamond Accelerator is seeking a Licensed Esthetician / Patient Care Coordinator in St. Joseph, MI. This part-time role (20–30 hours/week, Mon–Thu) offers a starting wage of $20–$25/hour DOE plus commissions and gratuities, with potential to move to full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities include performing licensed esthetic services, educating clients on treatments and skincare, and converting consultations into sales while building relationships and following up with leads.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Esthetician License required.
• Strong sales ability with comfort discussing pricing and closing sales.
• Experience selling skincare, memberships, or treatment packages preferred.
• Laser/IPL familiarity is a plus; ensure clinic protocols followed.

A growing, physician-led medical aesthetics practice in St. Joseph, Michigan is looking for a Licensed Esthetician / Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about aesthetics, patient relationships, and sales.

This is more than a service-focused esthetician role. We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused revenue-growth professional who can educate patients, recommend treatment plans, sell skincare and memberships, follow up with leads, and confidently ask for the sale.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan Esthetician License required
• Strong sales mindset with confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Experience selling skincare, packages, memberships, treatment plans, or services strongly preferred
• Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury spa, or high-end retail experience preferred
• Laser/IPL familiarity is a plus; all services must be performed according to clinic protocols and applicable requirements
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
• Polished, reliable, competitive, coachable, and motivated by goals and results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Available Monday–Thursday initially; flexibility for rotating weekends is a PLUS!

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $20-25/hour, depending on experience
• Commission opportunities on personally performed services, retail, packages, and memberships
• Gratuities
• Part-time to start approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Opportunity to transition to full-time quickly based on performance and business needs
