Hand & Stone Marlton is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment; it’s an opportunity to positively impact clients’ lives with innovative services and personalized long-term plans.

Estheticians will deliver world-class service, maintain licensure, and participate in ongoing education, with flexible full- and part-time schedules and a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
