Hand & Stone Princeton is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment—a chance to make a positive impact on clients’ lives with personalized plans and lasting results.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active license, carry liability insurance, adhere to licensing laws, and deliver world-class client experiences while guiding progressive homecare regimens.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience and design progressive homecare regimens.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to guests.
• Create and adjust progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals

• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
