Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to serve members and guests with skincare treatments and personalized plans.

We value education, client relationships, and high-quality service. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $85,000 per year with opportunities for advancement and flexible schedules at the Delran, NJ location.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
