We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician & Certified Laser Technician with experience in advanced skincare and laser treatments to join our team.Job Overview : As an esthetician at Absolute Med Spa, you will play a key role in providing exceptional skincare services and ensuring that each client has a personalized and effective treatment experience. You will be responsible for performing HydraFacial, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, and other skincare treatments, along with selling and promoting beauty and skincare products. Client outreach and engagement will also be an essential part of your role.Responsibilities : Welcome clients, explain available products and services, and conduct personalized consultations.Assess client skincare concerns and create customized treatment plans.Perform professional facials, laser hair removal, body contouring, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments.Suggest skincare upgrades and recommend personalized products based on client needs.Maintain inventory management software and ensure timely product restocking.Manage and generate leads, conduct client outreach, and encourage repeat business.Promote spa services and skincare products through sales and social media engagement.Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment, including : Washing and drying linensStocking the fridge and snacksKeeping treatment areas neat and organizedTrack and manage inventory, including : Placing ordersUnboxing and organizing suppliesQualifications : Current Texas esthetician license in good standing.Certified Laser Technician (Required).Experience in laser hair removal, facials, and body contouring is a plus.Previous sales experience in skincare or beauty products.Social media experience to assist with marketing and promotion.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Ability to suggest and sell skincare products based on individual client needs.Part-time availability, including weekends and evenings.Benefits : Competitive pay with commission opportunities.Employee discounts on skincare treatments and products.A supportive and professional work environment.Opportunities for growth and continued education in the industry. $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
