Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Anthem, AZ is seeking a licensed Esthetician to help clients feel confident in their skin. You will deliver skincare treatments, educate guests on options, and build lasting relationships through repeat visits.

Design progressive treatment plans, perform top‑level services, participate in hands‑on training and workshops, and pursue sales goals while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role supports a flexible schedule in a high‑volume spa.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
