Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Peoria, AZ is seeking a licensed esthetician to design and prescribe progressive skincare treatment plans based on client goals. You will create friendly, knowledgeable experiences for members and guests, drawing on Dermalogica or Image lines to tailor facials and skincare routines.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Esthetics license required.
• Active liability insurance required.
• Experience with Dermalogica or Image skincare lines; Dermalogica Experts highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through being friendly, helpful, engaged, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
• Participate in required and ongoing training; become certified in modalities provided and take education seriously.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and membership sales.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Help the spa become the top Hand & Stone for esthetics.

As a Hand & Stone Licensed Esthetician, you are part of a team that helps clients feel and look their best. At Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas, our vision is simple - make it the best hour of our client's month and help them achieve healthy, glowing and beautiful skin! We are looking for hard-working, knowledgeable and outgoing estheticians who have previous experience working with Dermalogica and/or Image skin care lines.

Requirements

• An active Arizona Esthetics license
• Active liability insurance
• Experience working with Dermalogica or Image skincare lines; Dermalogica Experts Highly Preferred!

• Participate in new-hire required and ongoing training via self-instructed courses, online training and in-person training; become certified in all modalities provided and take education seriously
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and membership sales
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Help our spa become the top Hand & Stone for esthetics
