Hand & Stone Frederick-Westview is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe that skincare is more than a treatment—it's the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ lives, with innovative services, customized long-term plans, and a focus on building relationships.

As an Esthetician, you will provide top‑level services, design progressive homecare regimens, and create an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
