Hand & Stone Dobbin Center is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests in Columbia, MD. We believe skincare is more than a treatment; it’s a chance to make a positive impact on clients’ lives through innovative services and long-term plans.

Our estheticians are educated and empowered to tailor facial appointments, build relationships, and deliver a top-tier client experience with customized skincare plans and ongoing homecare guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license required in the working state.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state/local Esthetics licensing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
