Hand & Stone Frederick-Westview is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to deliver personalized facials and skincare treatments in a welcoming spa setting. You will maintain state licensure, provide world-class client experiences, and design progressive treatment plans tailored to each guest.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Maryland.
• Ability to design and prescribe progressive skincare regimens.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level facial services
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops

As an Esthetician, you will
