Hand & Stone Glen Mills is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. Our holistic approach treats skincare as a long-term lifestyle change, with customized treatment plans and ongoing education for clients.

We are seeking licensed estheticians who are passionate about helping clients feel confident in their own skin, and who will uphold the brand’s standards for outstanding service and results in a welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carra Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class client experience by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Assist in achieving sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
