Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state of employment.
• Liability insurance in force for Esthetics practice.
• Compliance with state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through friendly, helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
