Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Falls Church, VA is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians. We are seeking passionate professionals to deliver world-class skincare and create customized facial treatments that build lasting client relationships.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain your active state license, carry liability insurance, comply with licensing laws, and design progressive treatment plans with homecare guidance.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience during services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans with homecare guidance.
• Create a friendly, helpful attitude for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities
