Job summary

Hand & Stone Fredericksburg is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to deliver premium skincare services to members and guests. You will provide top-tier facial treatments, tailor progressive homecare regimens, and educate clients to build lasting skincare routines.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws. You will contribute to a welcoming spa environment, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
