Hand & Stone Center Valley is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to provide exceptional skincare services to our members and guests. You will design tailored treatment plans, educate clients, and deliver world-class facials that promote confidence and well-being.

Maintain your Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to state regulations while contributing to a positive spa experience and achieving sales targets within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license and liability insurance while delivering top-tier facials and skincare services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client goals.
• Create an exceptional client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude and clear communication.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership and contribute to client retention.
