Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in Florida.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services per client goals.
• Design progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.
• Provide world-class client experience to guests and members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops and webinars.
