Active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide world class client experience to guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client skincare goals.
Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
