Glowbar is reshaping facial treatments with 30-minute, results-driven sessions led by expert estheticians. We welcome licensed estheticians, including new grads, to join a fast-paced, supportive team across the Northeast.

You’ll start in a structured training program valued at $10,000 and grow into senior and leadership roles while delivering a consistent Glowbar experience to every client.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician with current certification.
• Passion for skincare and client care.
• Warm, professional hospitality-first presence.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Willingness to grow and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Glowbar's customized 30-minute facial with consistency and care.
• Perform specialized services like extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatments.
• Educate clients on ingredients and at-home routines and create treatment plans.
• Document notes and guide clients toward Glowbar memberships.
• Maintain sanitation and keep studio ready for clients.
• Collaborate with Studio Guides and Managers; assist at front desk when needed.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
