Responsibilities

• Aim toward and exceed individual and store sales goals in a high-energy environment.
• Manage appointments and assist front desk with organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Educate guests on services, memberships and skincare products for best results.
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products via personalized experiences.
• Support daily operations, front desk tasks, and overall studio flow.
• Monitor inventory, flag low-stock items, and keep the team stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio that is on-brand.
• Follow company policies, scheduling, and timekeeping; be reliable.
• Engage in required training and team meetings to grow skills.
• Put safety first by following sanitation, hygiene, safety standards.
