Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing guest experience by delivering standout customer service and brand-aligned interactions.
• Own your goals by working toward and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Manage appointments and support front desk organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products to tailor recommendations.
• Confidently recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products to create a personalized guest experience.
• Assist with daily operations, front desk tasks, and overall studio flow.
• Monitor inventory, flag low-stock items, and keep the space stocked and on-brand.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
