Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC in Delran, NJ is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join Hand & Stone Delran and help guests feel confident in their skin. You will deliver facial treatments, tailor long-term skincare plans, and educate clients while upholding the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level facial services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent client experience through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
