Job summary

Hand & Stone Newark is expanding our licensed estheticians to deliver high-quality skincare and skincare plans. You will design customized treatment plans based on individual goals, perform top-level facial services, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

The role emphasizes client education, relationship-building, and achieving spa sales targets. Qualified candidates maintain an active esthetics license in the state, carry liability insurance, and participate in ongoing training to stay

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide world class client experience with top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to clients and guests.
• Create an excellent client experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Educate clients on skincare and homecare regimens.
• Meet sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.

As an Esthetician, you will
