Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state of work (New Jersey)
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world-class client experience through top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans with homecare regimens

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and skincare treatments as per spa standards
• Design personalized skincare plans based on client goals
• Educate clients on products, homecare routines and maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant treatment rooms
• Meet sales and performance targets set by spa leadership
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and webinars
