Job summary

Hand & Stone Spa in Philadelphia is seeking a newly licensed aesthetician who will start at the front desk during a 90-day trial, learning the day spa business and assisting guests with appointments, gift cards, and memberships.

During the trial you will receive 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance reviews and have an opportunity to begin hands-on aesthetics training in the treatment room over the next 3–6 months, while continuing front desk duties.

Qualifications

• Newly licensed aesthetician required.
• Training begins at the front desk while learning aesthetic services.
• Willingness to grow within the spa and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by managing front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, selling gift cards and memberships, and checking in/out guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and learn spa services, protocols, and product knowledge.
• Support the team by assisting with daily operational tasks.
• Meet or exceed retail sales goals through product education and client recommendations.
• Be punctual, reliable, and committed to a team-first environment.
