Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Wheaton, IL is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join a physician-led team focused on patient-centered skin care.

You will perform facial skin rejuvenation procedures, educate clients on benefits of treatments and products, and help design marketing programs while ensuring rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • IL esthetician license required and active.
  • Completion of accredited esthetician program.
  • Two to three years experience preferred.
  • Strong client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform facial skin rejuvenation procedures including chemical peels and facials.
  • Educate patients on benefits and limitations of cosmetic procedures and products.
  • Maintain sanitized treatment rooms and manage inventory and supplies.
  • Collaborate with physicians on individualized treatment programs and marketing.

Together, we create an environment where you can grow, contribute, and help improve the experience and outcomes for every patient we serve.Overview: Licensed EstheticianPosition Highlights:Full-Time; 40 hours/weekHours: Monday: 8am-5pm; Tuesday: 10am-7pm; Wednesday: 8am-5pm; Thursday: 8am-5pm; Friday: OFF; Saturday (if open): 8am-12pmLocation: WheatonTravel: Travel to other sites for coverage as neededBenefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance.Access to a mental health benefit at no cost.Employer provided life and disability insurance.Immediate 401(k) match.40 hours paid volunteer time off.A culture committed to community engagement and social impact.12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrate high-level knowledge of cosmetic treatments, skin care products and procedures that will ensure patient satisfaction, quality care and effective patient education; educate patients of the benefits and limitations of cosmetic procedures, treatments and skin care lines to aid in providing realistic patient expectations; Assist appropriate team members in designing education/teaching materials for patients, families and staffPerform facial skin rejuvenation procedures which may include chemical peels, microdermabrasion and facials, eyelash and eyebrow enhancement procedures, makeup application, and body treatments and spider vein treatments within the scope of practice and training, with documented supervision of the participating physicians, as required by regulation or current professional standard-of-care practice guidelinesCollaborate with the physicians in designing individualized skin treatment programs which will complement, enhance and optimize surgical and non-surgical servicesDevelop, promote and expand independent client base. Promote additional services and skin care products to current patients and solicit referralsResponsible for ordering, organizing and maintenance of all supply inventories related to skin care products and treatments; ensure supply is available at all times; design creative and innovative ways to display products; identify and analyze potential new skin care product linesPrepare treatment room; ensure room is sanitized and well stockedEnsure all instruments and equipment are clean and sterile adhering to strict DMG guidelines for sterilization; ensure that any necessary preventative maintenance is performed on equipment for proper operationAssist physician and patient coordinator in designing marketing and promotional programs; identify methods designed to expand skin care services; assist in tracking the results of all skin care marketing programsKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Immediate development in proficiency in using practice management software application, prior experience with practice management software preferredExcellent promotional skills and the proven ability to successfully sell skin care productsExcellent oral communication skillsProven ability to work with upscale clienteleAbility to discuss financial arrangements and responsibilities with patientsEDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of Esthetician programCurrent IL State License in EstheticsEXPERIENCE:Two to three years experience as a licensed aestheticianThe compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $20.59/hourly with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives (commission).
