Responsibilities and Expectations for Estheticians/Lash Artist

• Greet and check in/out clients
• Maintain a sterile and clean workspace, including common areas
• Perform room/bed turnover duties
• Ensure floors are swept, mopped, steamed, and free of debris
• Take out trash cans as needed
• Put away used linens and covers
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
• Recommend and upsell skincare products based on clients' needs
• Communicate with clients about deals, promotions, and membership programs
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to non-solicitation policies for customers and employees
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Comply with state board regulations

Qualifications for Estheticians/Lash Artist

• Valid state license for Estheticians in WA
• Lash certification or willingness to be trained/certified in classics, hybrid, or volume lashes (preferred)
• Experience working in a spa or medical setting (preferred)
• Proficient knowledge in skin analysis, skin anatomy, skin science, and common ingredients used in facial and body treatments
• Ability to perform various facials and customize treatments according to client needs
• Follow dress code: scrubs or business casual, closed-toed shoes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Dexterity and ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance

Compensation

• Commission and/or hourly (experience-based)
• Commission: Starting base 38.5-40% commission + tips + monthly bonuses

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time
• Monday to Friday and some weekends required (flexible)
