Essential Functions

• Implement customer service standards to exceed client expectations from inquiry to ongoing relationship management.

Role Scope and Complexity

The technician reports to the salon manager/lead and indirectly to ownership. Responsible for service delivery, meeting protocols, and building client relationships through social media and community engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician or Cosmetologist).
• Passion for waxing and the beauty industry.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Team player with flexibility.
