We are seeking Licensed Estheticians interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive setting. Our menu includes the latest advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermalifusion, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and CRYOTHERAPY! Our Estheticians enjoy building treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options, fostering repeat business through our membership model.

Estheticians are key to creating an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skin care and product knowledge makes you an integral part of our team. We handle appointment bookings and provide all supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is emphasized through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
• Design and prescribe personalized treatment plans based on client goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals outlined by management
• Create a positive experience through friendly and helpful service
• Promote member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
