PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Position: Salon Manager/ District Leader

Job Type: Full-time 5 days a week

Additional locations include:

Compensation

• $23 an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties: Up to 16 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties when you are NOT working Behind the Chair providing services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 3 days a week at a commission rate of 52%. You will be paid the %-based commission rate for every service you perform (or a guaranteed hourly wage - per state, local, federal minimum wage requirements - whichever is higher.)
• 52% commission on your start date but will increase annually thereafter according to company policy.
• You will receive the guaranteed hourly wage vs. commission BTC for the first 30 days in position.

• If applicable, you will be paid a commission rate of 15% per any Take Home (retail) product you sell
• Paid on a Biweekly basis in accordance with the company's published pay schedule
• District Leader Quarterly Bonus Eligibility (per program policy)

• PTO will be available per company policy

Position Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required
• Required to do Cosmetology Services behind the chair, minimum of 3 days a week.
• Retail Sales experience required.
• Required to do basic manicures and pedicures.
• Basic email and computer navigation skills required.
• Experience in a care giving environment (preferred)
