We are seeking licensed estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive setting. Our menu now includes the latest skincare advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Our estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options. Professionals can develop repeat business through our membership model.

Estheticians are key to creating an outstanding customer experience. Your skincare expertise and product knowledge make you a vital part of our team. We handle appointment bookings and supply all necessary materials so you can focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided via Education on Demand platforms. Pay is based on services performed, tips, and upgrades.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
• Design and prescribe treatment plans aligned with clients' skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Meet sales goals set by spa management
• Create a positive experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful service
• Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
