Hand & Stone at Raleigh Village District is seeking a results-driven, goal-oriented esthetician with morning and weekend availability.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
2. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
3. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
4. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
5. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
6. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
• Liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines related to Estheticians.

Compensation: $32.00 - $80.00 per hour
