HAND AND STONE is hiring Licensed Facial Specialists for our Coral Springs, FL spa. You will perform facials, design personalized skincare plans, and promote products to help clients reach their goals. This fast-paced, member-based spa offers a robust esthetics program and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in esthetics or skincare.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED – flexible schedule.
• Retail sales experience in a spa or skincare setting.
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Perform 50-minute facials, waxing and other skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level services to members and guests.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans.
• Participate in trainings, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent client experience with a friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.

• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency. Exceptional skills to educate and sell skincare products and programs.
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Facial Specialists
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive attitude, Team player, Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
