HAND AND STONE Massage and Facial Spa in Davie, FL is hiring Licensed Facial Specialists for a busy spa. If you have a passion for skincare, grow with the fastest-growing spa concept in the country, offering a comprehensive esthetics program and well-supported team.

We provide competitive compensation, a family atmosphere, two leading product manufacturers for education, and flexible schedules with routine hands-on training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in esthetics or skincare.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED - flexible schedule.
• Retail sales experience required; Dermalogica knowledge preferred.
• Perform 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing.
• Knowledge of skincare products and client education.
• Comply with licensing laws and carry liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level facials.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create a positive experience and promote memberships and referrals.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms.

• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Facial Specialists
