HAND AND STONE Massage and Facial Spa in Fort Myers, FL is seeking Licensed Facial Specialists to join a busy spa team. The role offers a competitive compensation plan, flexible schedules, and a supportive work environment with complimentary education and strong client volume.

This position requires handling advanced facial skincare services, retail recommendations, and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Nights and weekends are required to accommodate member schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician with active license in Florida
• Minimum 5 years esthetic experience in spa settings
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Retail sales experience required
• Dermalogica product knowledge preferred
• Strong customer service and team player mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level facials and skincare services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as directed by spa management
• Create positive experiences through friendly, helpful attitude

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Experience of 5 years required.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED - Enjoy a flexible schedule!
• Retail sales experience!!!
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency. Exceptional skills to educate and sell skincare products and programs.
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Facial Specialists
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive attitude, Team player, Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
