We are seeking Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Your skincare expertise and product knowledge are vital. We handle appointment bookings and provide all supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
