Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ – SUNSHINE STATE is opening our newest facial bar in Oakland Park, FL, and we are seeking licensed estheticians to join the Grand Opening Team. You will perform facials and advanced skincare services, educate guests, and help build memberships while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You must hold an active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology license and be available to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Florida esthetician license required (Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology).
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels and waxing preferred.
• Strong guest service and education skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform 40–50 minute facials and related skincare services (dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, peels, waxing).
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and educate guests on routines, memberships and products.
• Meet or exceed membership, retail and guest retention goals and rebook clients."
• Maintain accurate client records and follow Florida sanitation regulations.
• Follow company standards and support opening and daily operations.

Role Overview

Job Title: Licensed Esthetician
Job Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time W2 Employee
Reports To: Sales & Operations Manager
Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ – Oakland Park, FL 33306
Compensation: $17 per hour + membership and retail commission

A Day in the Life

• Perform 40–50‑minute facials and advanced skincare services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, facial cupping, and waxing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Educate guests on customized skincare routines, memberships, retail products, and treatment plans.
• Meet or exceed individual membership, retail, and guest retention goals.
• Recommend future services and rebook guests before they leave.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records.
• Follow all Florida State Board safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations before, during, and after every service.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ operational standards and brand expectations.
• Support opening and daily operations, including maintaining treatment rooms and communicating inventory needs.
• Accurately follow company time‑keeping procedures.
• Participate in mandatory training, meetings, and ongoing education.

This Role Might Be a Good Fit For You If You:

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensure: Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology License.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform skincare services requiring repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
