FACE FOUNDRIÉ – SUNSHINE STATE is opening our newest location in Oakland Park, Florida, and we're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join the Grand Opening Team as Front Bar Receptionist. This role is a part-time W2 position reporting to the Esthetics Coach & Performance Manager. Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Oakland Park, FL.

Compensation: $17 per hour plus retail and membership commission. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, educating guests on services,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• upbeat, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Spa or salon experience preferred but not required.
• Esthetics student or interest in beauty/skincare.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and retail products.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and services.
• Support daily operations including scheduling, inventory awareness, and front desk procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the facial bar.
• Follow company policies and timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to always ensure compliance
