Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the applicable state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide top‑level esthetic services and design progressive treatment plans.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic treatments.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
