Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking Licensed Facial Specialists with a passion for skincare. The role offers a competitive compensation plan, a family atmosphere, and education from leading product manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience required.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED - Enjoy a flexible schedule!
• Retail sales experience!!!
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote skincare benefits and product purchases.
• Adhere to local licensing laws and carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge of all spa services and product lines as they relate to Facial Specialists

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly attitude
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
