HAND AND STONE Massage and Facial Spa in Pembroke Pines, FL is hiring Licensed Facial Specialists. If you are passionate about skincare and want to grow with a leading spa concept, this opportunity is for you. We offer a competitive compensation plan and a supportive team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in skincare, can work nights and weekends, and has retail sales experience. Training with Dermalogica products is preferred, and liability insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience required.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED - Enjoy a flexible schedule!
• Retail sales experience!!!
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency.
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Estheticians.
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive attitude, Team player, Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
