We are seeking Licensed Estheticians seeking a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy building treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options, fostering repeat business through our membership model. Your skincare expertise and product knowledge will be vital in creating outstanding customer experiences. We handle appointment bookings and supply provisioning, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
• Design and prescribe treatment plans aligned with client skincare goals
• Participate in training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals set by management
• Create a positive experience through friendly and helpful service
• Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas

Schedule:

• Availability on Sundays for 2-4 hours (flexible shifts, spa hours 10-6)
• Weekday evenings, 2-3 nights, 4-8 PM
