Job Description

About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to enhance your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth!

Your Responsibilities

1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
2. Recommend additional and complementary products.
3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
5. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
8. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors. The physical demands include standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
