Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring Skin Experts in Michigan to perform customized facial treatments, educate clients on home care, and grow our skincare memberships in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment. You will maintain strict sanitation standards and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

We value candidates with 1–2 years of esthetic experience, a Michigan Esthetician license, and the ability to work 25–35 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Esthetician License is required.
• 1–2 years esthetics or salon experience preferred.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing and brow tinting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability of 25–35 hours per week.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments (Signature Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, chemical peels, brow waxing, brow tinting).
• Build genuine relationships with clients and guide their skincare journey.
• Educate clients on home care and recommend professional products.
• Grow membership through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment with high sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client care.
• Meet service, retail and membership goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Skin Expert, you'll:

• Perform customized facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Brow Waxing, and Brow Tinting.
